Voucher valid for 3 years from date of purchase. Spa bookings are subject to availability & cancellation policy. Black-out dates may apply on public holidays & special events. Quote voucher number when booking & present it on arrival. Voucher is not transferrable and may not be redeemed for cash. No credit or change will be given on unused portion of voucher. Voucher is not replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed. Vouchers that have been altered in any way will not be accepted. Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion, with the exception of Accor Plus.
